She must love you very much to be fetching so many gifts home.
 Not sure if the rabbit was a gift or just a take away....:rotfl:

We all go down to find a terrified baby rabbit being played with. Ushered them both outside, where she finished him off....

  Oh no! poor baby rabbit, didn't you try to save it?

I'm not that keen on rabbits as they are a real pest in our garden. In any case as he was wounded he would not have lasted long.

    Just a quick update...

In the week after the holidays she started visiting less often (well, she was quicked out in the morning when the house was empty) and came back for a few days and then, not seen for a while. I did tell the neighbour's son the cat had spend a lot of time with us so I felt better having confessed. She still visits occasionnaly and spends the night.

Anyway, half term and they are away gaian, and guess who has taken residence with us again? Very chuffed to play with a live mouse indoors. As I was a bit annpyed at her taking so long to kill the poor thing in my house, I rescued the mouse (stunned) and placed her outside. She looked a bit like she was sulking!:D

We used to have cats that brought us pizza. Obviously one of our neighbours liked the topping, but not the base and our cats used to bring it in for us!!

Only ever had one cat leave home. He vanished for days at a time and loathed our Siamese and Oriental. I put up notices locally (he was microchipped) but no one reported a lost cat until several months later a local vet contacted me. he had moved in with a family a few doors down. he had taken over the conservatory and beaten the dog into submission. I offcially handed over ownership- and the insurance as he was obviously happy. Now comes the odd bit-every six weeks or so I get the feeling I am being watched. He lurks under the privet accross the road, comes and miaows at me from a safe distance-and then he goes away again. I sometimes see him out and about and he will miaow at me and go on his way-strange animal.

Re cats "dining out" look out for a wonderful childrens book called Six Dinner Sid. WONDERFUL. Obviously written by a cat owner/lover.

My black moggy that i had with my ex, used to go to the local takeaway for people to feed him  he had more than enough at home, but i guess like most males he enjoyed his food :) he used to beg people for chinese and fish and chips and people would actually feed him! In the end i put a sign in the takeaways window asking people not to feed webster because takeaways are not part of a cats diet! He still went and sat outside in hope though ;) i wonder if he still does? hmmmm

This may sound like a wierd question.....but

Did "Webster" end up at the Blue Cross down south?

I've been trying to adopt one of the many cats in my area as a part time pet.
