Be warned (if you haven't already had enough warnings already) that if you ever use P2P programs you might be interested in this article before installing Windows XP SP2.

Allexie, dont do it !! I have ( now 'had') laptop running XP Home Edition. Downloaded SP2- all sorts of programs wont work, including system restore. Contacted my support, couldn't uninstall the damn thing. Spent a very long time chatting to a Microsoft Engineer via their website & following their instructions re removal. ???

All without success.
I cannot uninstall it. I have tried to do a factory reset, and the machine wont even accept that !!
My support are sending me a new disc to restore.
