Need some advice regarding ESA claim

The receptionists are not the most helpful & make you feel like youre bothering them when you call. Not sure whether to try & get an earlier appointment with the Doctor (possibly Monday or Tuesday). It would take a weight off my mind knowing things were in order with them, at least for the next few weeks or so.

So follow her good advice and make the appointment.

There were no appointments available, so Ive kept the original 1 on the 21st.

Still no letter about a payment, but the ESA50 form has turned up today.
Was expecting something half the size of the old style "Yellow Pages".
Having skimmed through it, none of the questions seem relevant to my problems.

Not sure if my Doctor would take a look & give me his opinion on how I should answer, but I can ask.
