Oooooh, nice misleading (potentially a COP breach) small print hidden under the signature. Should be reported as a complaint to the DVLA IMHO, that little additional wording about liability is very similar to the wording that Roxburghe used...you may have to zoom in to see it like I did!:DPRIVATE 'PCN'? This is dated in September though if you notice. It could change againExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

I have another dated 19/10 that is identical.
For those who can't see the small print:
"Under the terms and conditions associated with this parking enforcement notice, everyone who enters into a contract with APCOA by parking a vehicle at one of APCOA's Car Parks, whether by purchasing a ticket or otherwise, does so on behalf of himself and all other persons having proprietary possessory or other financial material interest in the vehicle and its contents."
And for the ladies, it may also be of interest that there is a distinct element of sexism present!'People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool.' Which is complete garbage as a bank or finance company could have a financial interest in the vehicle, and so if someone has a mobile phone in the vehicle that is not the drivers it could be construed that they could be liable. It's your basic full of legal gooblygook utter trash kind of speak that makes no legal sense at all .Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?

Whatever the date, it goes against the email that the DVLA sent to the BPA in June, telling them in no uncertain terms that PPCs would be banned from data access for any misleading statements about keeper liability. That statement is even worse (effectively saying it is anyone's liability!) and is very similar to some wording on a Roxburghe letter. Roxburghe are now banned for 3 months from getting data.
APCOA could potentially be next if this is reported to the DVLA by a poster here who has this letter!
