If they had a postcode search it would be better. Something along the lines of enter your home postcode and the maximum distance you are prepared to travel and it could then show you everything within that area. Retail Eyes does something similar to this but I have to admit it's strange to trawl through the GAP list and see "Southend On Sea" and "Southend-On-Sea" listed together.0

Hey all you expert mystery shoppers!
Just wanted to ask (again!) how grassroots pay? as i can't remember giving them my bank details.
Also haven't had any feedback from the since i filed my report on saturday? is this normal?

PS. tonights mystery shop went pear-shaped. Sat around for an hour and a half waiting for my pizza to be delivered, called back to be told thay don't deliver to my address, and my order had been cancelled. P*ssed off and HUNGRY!! (had to go to the chippy grrrrrr) Now there's bad service that needs reporting!!

Well i'd love to give them a right-old slagging off, but i don't think i'd be able to fill in the online report without all the info ie description of delivery driver etc!!!

To be fair I seem to be a one-off......I keep calling them and getting excuses about backlogs but noone else seems to have a problem. I'm also well out of pocket but that's the joy of MS.
Don't worry just yet - wait till mid-month and see if you get paid.....0 -
Oh and you need to fill in that report - just make sure you state exactly what happened. When they ask for a description of the driver you just say your delivery never turned up as it was cancelled by the branch - even if you have to keep repeating it. If you're not sure, ask Becles as she seems to be very experienced at this stuff....better still, call grassroots and tell them what happened and ask their advice!0

i was paid after the 15th of the month,straight into my bank
its normal not to hear anything,if there was something wrong they would soon contact you lol
