They do this all the time, it means that GAP have blocked your account, it will say, "Password not found - Contact GAP" but they wont respond, try re-applying under your partners name.

You will get blocked if you lie about working for a company, Cancel too many assignments or just dont do them at all.

Hope this helps, dont hold your breath whilst waiting for gap to email you back.

    Kev

    thanks for the info, kev.

gapbuster finally replied to the emails. They said:

    "Thank you for your email.

    Your account was suspended.

I have now reactivated it for you."

which is great news, i wasnt looking forward to applying all over again.

gapbuster seem to have smartened up their online interface recently and it looks like certification is neccessary now for all clients.

It's possible, although only a small proportion of their shoppers actually shop this coffee company (you might like to change the name in your post, so we can't draw any conclusions about which coffee shops might or might not be associated with which MS company).

I understand that this coffee company also has some powerful relatives (clowns and people like that) so it might mean that you couldn't shop for quite a few clients, if a MS company happened to have the shopping franchise for all the relatives as well ;) - just speculation of course!

Sorry, I'm missing something about the references to "clowns" - am I being a bit dim?!?

Could anyone who keeps a log in Excel or similar PM me some information about what can be claimed.

    I know of:
    Car parking,
    40p per mile,
Items bought and not fully reimbursed

I tried contacting them on the freephone number yesterday as I had a problem with one of the jobs I was doing for them, but there was no answer. Today the number is not being recognised and I know from experience that email questions are usually ignored. Anyone know what's goin on?
