there ya go, all now called "Shops" i.e. Computer, Stamp... How come no-one is registering, the idea is register, subscribe and get an email when someone spots the jobs..

Anyone spotted the "Incentive" yet?

I've done about 15 jobs for gapbuster's now, quite a few they've rung me up to do as they were desperate.

The last 5 or so have "gone to a pending database, you may hear shortly..." I've not heard anything and emailed customer services saying am I doing something wrong, they just came back and said I'll hear from them if they want any further info.

I'm just wondering if I'll be paid for these now, I don't want to continue doing them if I'm not going to be paid.

Anyone else had their reports go to the pending database?

It is a standard email they send, dont worry about it you will be paid

However, the results have been sent to a pending database. An operator may be in contact soon to confirm, clarify, or obtain additional information. Please have the results readily available and don't forget to submit your receipt if one is required for your assignment. Failing to provide a receipt when required will result in you not be paid for that assignment and being blocked from completing additional assignments for us.

Reports go to pending for many reasons, the main one being when you have sent it in, there is no one there to proof read it, occasionally they get send to pending because of a query, but they will be in touch if that is the case.

Morning All

Just a quick post to say that I got a letter from TNS this morning saying that a job that I did for them back in November had been audited.

The letter goes on to say that they check roughly 10% of visits throughout the year to check for quality and accuracy.

They then give feedback about the various stages of the visit and a final mark.

I got 10/10!:T :beer: :T

Well done, I've had one of those as well (and was pleasantly surprised at the 10/10 :A )

I had a 10/10 too few months ago ,was worried when I saw it was from them ,thought I had done something wrong lol
