they usually state 1 or 2 people:)
    Thanks Rachie B

It does say at the start that it's for I or 2 people, it's just at the end that it says something about if there is an extra person thier costs will not be reimbursed.

Just received the new sign up info for GFK's independent panel - looks as if you have to sort out your own tax and NI if you want to join this. I've only been with GFK for the last two years as I didn't want to have to sort out tax/NI!!

Can anyone tell me if it's quite easy to deal with the tax man? I don't do that much MSing as I work full time too.

    Thanks if you can help.

Hi, First of all you would need to register with the Inland Revenue as a self-employed person. Then, each year you will have to fill in a tax return: one section for the self-employed bit (assuming you only do one type of self-employed work), then one section for each PAYE company you work for, plus the standard pages dealing with income from bank accounts, shares etc. It can seem quite complicated to begin with, but once you've done a few it gets easier. The key is to keep good records. If GFK would be your only self-employed source of income you may need to decide if the amount of work you would get justifies the extra paperwork.

He he. I just got a new kitten too. The christmas tree has been over about 7 times already!! And he's eating me out of house and home.

I've never seen MS involving pe(s)ts as yet. But I'm new to it all, and will let you know if I see one.
