Just done my first assignment for a bank. I enquired about opening an account and my interview with the relevant person only took about 5 minutes. It would be a joint account, so they recommended I return with my husband.
I wasn't very impressed, but don't know if I am being unreasonable. Anyone else done an MS for a bank and if so, how long did your interview last ?You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

Pondsaver is right - Bai are poor at taking their jobs off the list even when loads of people have applied for them, they've allocated the jobs, and (in some circs) the jobs have even been done!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

Did you feel able to give positive feedback about your visits ? I certainly wouldn't have taken an account based on that visit - they whizzed through their current account with me, and didn't ask any in-depth questions.
Made a real mistake by giving my real name and phone number, I'm going to get chased by the bank now to open an account - won't make that mistake again. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

One of mine was a silly typo so my time in store didn't tally with the reciept time
They may want clarification of something that happened in store. It's easy to write things down knowing what you meant, but when a stranger who wasn't there reads it, they might be unsure what did actually happen.
It might be that the store has seen the report and raised a query on it, especially if you've given a negative response for something. They might want more information on why you thought that section was bad or more information on what you did in store - eg where exactly you looked for specfic POS material etc.
Don't worry about it and give them a ring on Monday.
I had forgotten to describe the colleague who answered one of my queries:rotfl:

Hi wonder if anybody can help. I have just accepted my first mystery shopper assignment for friday however I have e mailed the company as they have requested a copy of a bank statement for the assignment but I do all of my banking on line so I have no 'paper' statement. Has anybody else had this problem and if so what did they do about it.
Many thanks
