Did my second 'reveal' today - I am getting to like them! I overheard the store manager asking the assistant if it went OK when I was leaving which did put a smile on my face - it seemed more rewarding than not revealing yourself!

How did everyone else get on with the reveals?

Just realised I have ignored postings above, not sure what is going on with those, sorry to be ignorant.....

:T glad it went ok :T

:rotfl: me too ,i miss all the excitement  :rotfl:

has anyone had a query on the proofread with Retail eyes ?

ive had a message saying to call them :o:confused:
  • Hi Rachie B. I think people have posted before about profreading queries with RE. I'm sure it'll be OK. Mind you, I do so much on the internet I hate having to speak on the phone now!

I have. It could be a number of things.

One of mine was a silly typo so my time in store didn't tally with the reciept time :o

They may want clarification of something that happened in store. It's easy to write things down knowing what you meant, but when a stranger who wasn't there reads it, they might be unsure what did actually happen.

It might be that the store has seen the report and raised a query on it, especially if you've given a negative response for something. They might want more information on why you thought that section was bad or more information on what you did in store - eg where exactly you looked for specfic POS material etc.

Don't worry about it and give them a ring on Monday.
Here I go again on my own....
  • Hi - I have been locked out of my hotmail account and cannot access my TNS emails - would anyone be willing to pm me with the phone number for a regional controller so I can ask him to send the link for my report to another email adress?

    Thanks so much

Had a very successful Retail Eyes visit this afternoon, but my OH had a terrible grassroots assignment this morning.

Got my first TNS mystery shopping assignment on 17th November, not received any information about what I need to do though yet.

Done 10 jobs today, for 5 different companies. Am really tired now, my brain hurts trying to remember all the details from the jobs! Wont do that again in a hurry!

do what i do and take a copy of each questionaire with you, then fill each one in straight after the job, that way you always have the hard copy that you're meant to keep.
