Hi too all, hope its ok to post this on here. I've been reading this thread for a while now, and thought I would register with grassroots, after a few days I got assignments for banks which I'm going to complete tomorrow.

They sent me through the assignment pack which I have read and fully understood....seems straight forward enough.

Where i am a bit confused is after the assignment I have to complete the questionare...is that the questionare they send with the pack?

Then they say about "Returning Your Results"

    • Please KEY the results to our website: http://results.grgresearch.com

    Any advice much appreciated

    hi & welcome :D

you input the results by logging into http://results.grgresearch.com you can, as dormouse says print off the questions for your own use but you dont send that back to them ,its all done online

HTH & good luck :)

    Hiya

Well having browsed this thread for a bit now, I've finally joined some mystery shopping sites and have decided to say hello (and thanks!).

I did my first shop in a phone shop which was okay and then went on to do another in a well known supermarket (wasnt sure whether I could name drop!). I'm visiting a pub tomorrow so dead excited cos it's a night out.

Thanks to everyone for posting info on mystery shop sites. I've only done a few but am quite excited at doing more.

Only problem is I cant seem to register on retail eyes. I thought I'd already registered so asked for my password and they've never sent it??

Also, I'm only registered with grassroots, gapbuster and tns, just wondered what others people could recommend cos I would like more assignments. Unfortunately gapbuster never seen to have any in my area.

    Thanks and sorry for rambling!

    Jules

give them a call, they have always been really helpful when ive had to contact them :)

When does BAI pay. I did some car showroom shops for them at the end of October and still haven't been paid. It says on their website 15th of the fmonth following completion, surely this should have been November??

    Thanks muchly

And, don't forget you usually have to keep your copy of the questionnaire for up to a years (depending on the company) in case they come back with any queries.
  • I did one like that for them begining of november so I reckon I'd expect it 15th dec - thing is I don't remember giving bank details - was that something we did when registering?

with BAI you need to update your profile with the IBAN number where it asks for bank details to be paid into , which you can get from your bank statement :) otherwise they cant pay you !

this is what happened to me and i was told the above when i questioned it

They do come back for more info now and again, so you'd be wise to keep it.

I did a job a month or so ago, where I had to ask for something on the shop floor and then purchase an item to test the till. You had to describe both assistants at the beginning, then just refer to them by name throughout the report.

Both assistants were called Sarah, and I'd described each, but then just referred to Sarah for the shop floor and till enquiry. It wasn't until the shop got the report, they realised they didn't know which Sarah did which bit, so they sent it back to the MS company for clarification and then back to me.

I still had my notes and was able to describe the shop floor Sarah and the till Sarah, so they shop would know who did what!
Here I go again on my own....
