that was something i was meant to ask - has anyone else being doing the well paying "bus" jobs? well worth doing, although you need lots of time and have a good geographical knowledge of the area...

i registered with 3 mystery shopping companies. I live in london, yet retail maxim turned me down saying they didn't need anyone, just logged onto NOP, they have nothing either. Also registered with TNG(?) i think it was (lost the email, and didn't bookmark) who i have heard nothing from after their very extensive test.

I am disappointed as I thought being in london there would be lots of work.

Can anyone tell me which ones to join to get work in london?

    thank you

Could be TNS - if so, you will need to check the website regularly - as the jobs have always gone before you recieve your newsletter. I check several times a day but still never seem to catch any of the jobs that are apparently available in my area.

TNS login is here but I think you need your field number to login or to get your password.

I get regular emails from this company so maybe it is a different one that you have been dealing with.

Also, you need to get your record keeping sorted out as you will need to register as self-employed with the tax office. You have 3 months to sort it out otherwise you get a fine.

Yes it was TNS, but i have lost all emails from them, so can't log in, but I was hoping that they might contact me after filling in their very long questionaire. Was at least 2 weeks ago I filled it out. But not heard a squeak. Is that usual?

I was hoping to start doing some work, but not having much luck so far. 2 companies with no work, and a 3rd taking forever to get back to me.

I think my TNS got back to me in about 10 days, BAI was immediate and work available, Gapbuster took a few days, never heard from Grassroots.

TNS took a while to get in touch with me.
They sent me a P46 form to complete and I then got my password by almosr return of post.

Whilst on the subject of TNS, what are the criteria for mileage payments?
I have been looking at a potential assisgnment.

Yes, you do have to register as self employed, just keep a record of all money coming in and any mileage that you do or other expenses.

Bai are at https://www.baidata.com (or something like that)
