is anyone else getting peeved with gapbuster ?
i am and ive only done 3 jobs for them :rotfl:
the 8 hr report deadline is just unrealistic ?
if you do the breakfast fast food ones that are on there at the mo, its 8 - 10 am
so you should submit the report between 4 and 6 pm ? well most days thats just not possible for me and im sure many others
i did a job for them yday and submitted the report in the evening ,but couldnt fax the receipt til today
but i get an email early this morn saying how i would still be paid on this occasion but how it was too late for the receipt ?!!
much prefer tns and others, whereby you can post the receipts off and not such a short deadline !0 -
TAG wrote:Yeah every brief that I've printed off that has 'boxes of text' on them is like it. The text runs off the page. Takes a few minutes sometimes to suss out the words in the sentence.
But briefs/questionnaires without have been ok so far.
I had to mess around with the page set up settings to try and get it to fit on the page...The questionnaires aren't as good as retail eyes and bai, If you try to print them out straight from the word pad it chops off a 3rd from the right!
Maybe someone could look into this glitch.Distant fields will always look greener.

Hi, got my first 'wages' coming in from Grass Roots tomorrow, and have picked up my second job for Tuesday. Got very excited when I saw RE as quite a few jobs but scarily I'm too old for the pub ones (and I'm only 31!?). Does anyone know about Gapbuster? I'm registered with them but do they only have jobs in the list of places where you can search by location? Does this ever change? If not there's no point me looking on there as they're all a bit farther than I'm willing to go.
Sent off my forms to TNS today so looking forward to getting mylog on from them as they always seems to have lots on here. Will take a look at the Baidata one. Anyone know any others?0 -

yes gap are searchable by the drop down locations on their site, its worth checking regularly though ,as with all the different sites as different jobs / locations all the time0 -
With Gap, you have to make sure you look through the list properly as they're a bit funny when listing places: sometimes it's under town, sometimes it's suburb, or county, or just vaguely some sort of place within a 20 mile radius. It's mad really. And they can't always spell.
(My personal favourite is looking for different variations of Yeovil)
But definitely worth checking every day as there might be cancellations etc. I just picked up a petrol one for next week, woohoo!
And Rachie, yes the 8 hour deadline is annoying. Having said that, I have in the past submitted morning ones maybe 9-10 hours later :shhh: and it's always been okay, so hopefully it's not like every millisecond counts...0 -
Got one of the chemist ones although the first 2 I tried for had gone by the time I have filled in the tick boxes.0
