  • I sent the mystery shopper test excerise to TNS last friday, does anyone know how long they take to let you know if you have been successful?

They took 2 weeks to let me know. It seems ages, especially as once successful they have to send you forms to be filled in before you can get any jobs! Hope this helps. Good luck.

I must've missed that one. Would've loved to see the brief for that one :rotfl:

I had a call yesterday from Grassroots (first one ever!) The only thing was i was driving and asked them to call back in half an hour.
I never heard from them again.
Would they just have not bothered and given the job (at least thats what i think the call was about) to someone else?

Basically yes! :rotfl: But don't get upset about it.
The researchers will be looking for someone for the job and will have just carried on ringing down their list until they found someone. Better luck next time! :D
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

It probably means that we found somebody else who was able to do the assignment and there was therefore no real point in calling you back. What the person should have said was, "I'll call you back in 30 mins if the assignment is still available". So sorry about that.

As for these Briefs/Questionnairs not printing out properly, I can't say I've ever heard of this problem until now. Does it affect all the briefs/questionnaires? Is it just that the text runs over a bit?

    Hi
I'm signed up to a few mystery shop sites but haven't heard of BAI (mentioned onprevious page). Could someone please point me in their direction?

Yeah every brief that I've printed off that has 'boxes of text' on them is like it. The text runs off the page. Takes a few minutes sometimes to suss out the words in the sentence.

But briefs/questionnaires without have been ok so far.
