I'd love to become a mystery shopper but I'm worried I won't be able to remember everything I have to do and the details I need to fill in the report at the end. How do you all cope especially when doing so many?

It becomes second nature to remember everything. It gets easier with the more jobs you do.

I always carry a notepad and pen. Once I'm out the shop and out of sight, I jot down all the important details and rough notes about what happened. If you've forgotton something like the shops either side or what was in the window display, you can pop back and check.
Here I go again on my own....

I'm not sure, but I think Becles is just a member of that forum, rather than an administrator. Anyway, it's free to join and she wouldn't get any personal gain from it!
