Oh yeah, RE called today, regarding the 45 minute assignment. I noticed when I was doing the report that the online questionnaire was slightly different to the one I printed out. Consequently, people haven't been able to answer all the questions - the person I spoke to said they're having to ring loads of people up.

So I don't know if they've rectified the mistake, but if they haven't, a tip for those of you doing the job soon: check the store directly opposite, even if you're not asked to in your notes - it'll get you brownie points with RE

I am registered with Grassroots and TNS - how long before they contact you if there's a problem? Just wondered if say a few days goes by can you safely assume all is ok?

I'm new to this...

I'm not sure, I've only been doing this a couple of months myself. But I'm assuming that companies would contact you within a few days if there was anything drastically wrong.

I once had RE phone me about a week later, but it wasn't a problem, just a question they needed to clarify.

Also, someone here told me that GAP contacted them within 24 hours when there was a problem.

Perhaps the people on this thread who work for MS companies could tell us more?

Hurray! I finally managed to book a couple in my area today - my first assignments as a MS!

Hi there,
I have completed my first ms with Retail Eyes waheeyyy!! but since I booked that last Tues there has been absolutely nothing else to book in my area - I keep checking but still nothing - how often is it updated - is it just as and when??.
Also I applied to Grass Roots and haven't heard anything back - it was just a few days ago so am probably expecting to much for them to have replied already??
I am itching to do some more ms's lol!!
