Making a budget for next month and have actual got little brown pay packets for petrol and a spare purse for housekeeping.

Borrowed £60 from my brother and have £40 left ! 7 days to payday eek

Also put my brother in as a creditor :j.

Been in the loft, don't need Christmas cards or wrapping paper :j.

Wow, I thought Wonga were one of the 'hard-nuts'. That's excellent news.

Yay! ...and I understand your DH's concern - once I got going, I emptied two rooms :rotfl:

It is really good to see the remarkable progress you are making. Very well done. And congratulations actually.

Sometimes these might seem like dark days (probably not, given the good job you are doing) but these things do get easier as you go along.

You have some excellent support on here too.

    Well done. thumbs-up.gif
  • I have just read through your thread and have to congratulate you on your fantastic achievement.

  • OK counting today 3 days to payday :j

All sorted. I know where money is going :j

£80 given to DH for petrol for 4 weeks ( I get paid 4 weekly) we will try and use as least as possible. Tax runs out end of January and using my Theater Money earned, we are going to get a smaller car, half the road tax and less petrol.

£180 in the housekeeping purse, this is for food, household stuff etc. Know this can be brought right down, from lots of fab information on here but just using it as a starting point.

No pocket money for me or DH. I don't need anything, lots of stuff to use up and loads of clothes. DH spends very very little, just his morning paper. This will be the plan for this month. Next Month !!! Christmas month, so will have to re-valuate but I'll do best I can.

Thank you for reading and being so supportive

    :)

Looks like you will get to payday on one piece.

You need to have a count up...
    1. What payday loans did you not roll over/take out this month that you would have done otherwise?
    2. How much interest will that mean you do not pay next month?

I think you just got a pay rise...

    Well done thumbs-up.gif

Hiya, I did not renew my payday express loan of about £300, so will not have about £80sh to pay back next month :j.

Thank You Lensman, never thought of it like that, cheers for that :A

Thank You SAAC for reading and posting :A

Slowingfading, thank You for popping back in too. :A

Well 1 day to payday:j. I have £18 in my purse, will need to spent £3 tomorrow and other £15 is going towards Brothers payment. So that means only have to put £35 towards it, which as Lensman has so nicley pointed out to me, will come out of interest I do not have to pay to pay pay express.

Its been a long couple of weeks but Yous have helped me get there. I hope I have the knowledge in the future to help others as I have been helped and supported. Thank You all who have read and take the time to post.
