Congratulations on your impressive progress since I last posted on this thread. And apologies for questioning the brightness of your lightbulb.

You're sounding much more positive, which is great
and I know the feeling about "wanting" stuff - I also saw the iapd mini advert and was thinking how nice it looked! But, I already have a Macbook, an Iphone and an Ipod - I do not need something else by Apple!
But, recognising those sorts of feelings before acting on impulse is a massive learning curve, so the fact you've already recognised it is great. Make it an aim to use up everything you have before you buy any more of it - moisturises last ages, so definitely don't buy any more of those for a while!
Looking good foodwise too, have you done a meal plan for next week? Just have a think about what you like to eat, then what you've got in the cupboards - is there anything in the fridge that needs using up? Then you'll have a plan in no time!
Have a good dayBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

That all sounds great, well done on your positive mental attitude
...and dare I say it sounds as if you might have something in your toiletries that you could sell? Unopened brand name stuff does well on ebay. Some opened stuff will do reasonably well too if it's a popular perfume or aftershave etc.Mortgage when started: £330,995

LOL you certainly may , I do have one or two unopened things. I have looked at Ebay, it looks complicated. I am off at the weekend, so going to put one or two things on and see what happens ?Do what you always do and you will get what you always get.

Slowlyfading, not had a chance yet to meal plan for next week. Been busy sorting this week, but as I have said I am off at the weekend, so if I can do it Saturday, I may be able to all the stuff Saturday or Sunday and that will keep me away from the shops.Do what you always do and you will get what you always get.

Easiest way is to get sorted out in advance of listing on ebay. Get yourself an account, take a photo of the item you're going to sell, and find some packaging for when you eventually sell it. Weigh your item and work how what the postage will be - royal mail does an online postage calculator that helps. Oh, and make sure you check the 'completed listings' to see what similar items have sold for.
Then you're ready to go - you just fill out their form (selecting which category you want to put it in, uploading a photo, selecting postage options, setting a starting price and how long you want the listing up for, and writing a description), and wait to see if anyone bids! It's quite exciting to see your items turning from red to green (meaning they've sold).
I won't lie - the first couple of listings you do will take a little bit of time. But it gets easier.Mortgage when started: £330,995

But the knowledge is there now. All this is needed is the practice and support from here to turn that in to skill.
It took me a long time (probably 12 months) before I was comfortable with this new way of doing things.
Good luck.BSC No 248

Thank You lannieDuck for the instructions. I will follow them to the T.
I have a "so" perfumed gift set and a set of hand knitted preemie baby clothes, to start of with. I knitted them myself and at the risk of blowing my own trumpet, they are lovely and I knit well.Do what you always do and you will get what you always get.
