Thursday today and not spent P out of housekeeping purse but will need to buy bread and milk today.
DH received £200 winter fuel payment. So that will be paid to EDF as an extra payment as soon as I get a minute and will not need to be as skimpy with the heating when its really cold :j
Nothing much else to update, working and saving, doing as much off one and as least of the other as possible.Do what you always do and you will get what you always get.

Hi
Seems like you are still on top of things, good on yer!
I have stuff listed on eb*y for christmas, soap sets mainly that I am hoping will sell, they have been living under my bed since I bought them in June. Also last January I bought a load (well actually 10) clinique make up bags I listed them all two weeks ago and they have all just flown out, wish I had bought 30 now, but I was afraid I would be stuck with them, so the profit from them is what is helping me to pay for christmas, we all have our own ways of making a little extra for pressies, so the comment about your light bulb going out was silly and uncalled for in my opinion. x
I must call V!rgin today see if they will give me a better deal, if not I keep getting letters from BT saying I can have all the same for half the price. wish me luck with that.
Any more thought on your car? I drive a large one as well and having the same thoughts as you, but my car is reliable and only a Ford so not to expensive when it does need anything new, like the foreign make can be.

Could you not go to Freeview/Freesat instead?
The mobile phone could come down too. Go to PAYG - £10 pm.0 -
Sanfran, Excellent on your Christmas E baying, brilliant for christmas present fund. I have listed a few more things, 2 watchers at the moment. Good Luck on your BT option.
Bedsit Bob Hiya thank you for reading and posting. I could go to free view but as I have said, this is out only entertainment, but if needs be at anytime, it will be done. I am tied into my phone contract until April but will defiantly be looking for something cheaper then.
Big car defiantly getting rid of it.
Two bits of good news :j
1. City council contacted me to say, they had made a mistake when calculating my housing benefit and had not taken my rent rise into consideration, so they were sending £146 to my rent association which is back payment owed.
My stint at the theater is now over, I did 2 extra days, my total wage was 1500 there abouts. Invoice sent in so just need to wait for it to go into my bank account, think i waited about 7 to 10 days last year for payment.
Wonga will take there second payment this month and I can go into 2013 with one debt payable to my brother.
£30 left in the food purse. I have asked DH if we OK for petrol and he said yes fine. Also DH has taken to doing some of the shopping ! As I have been working flat out, made some mistakes but got some bargains too. He is getting the hang of it. Think he is quite enjoying it actually :j.
Thank You :A peopleDo what you always do and you will get what you always get.

Good idea that Bedsit Bob, but another idea is Youview. I've recently changed from Sky to Youview and saved £26.99 a month. I'm with Talktalk, and got the Youview box free, with a one off installation fee of £50. Its better than freeview/ freesat in lots of ways, such as box sets, catch up internet TV etc.
Well done on your mission Moneywaster. :T I can see you have done massive amounts of positive work . Subscribing to your thread to get some inspiration0 -
