The best thing to do would be as Robisere says - log in to http://contactus.plus.net and then view my questions. Once you're there you should be able to look at all closed questions on the account, if you could grab the ID of one of those and post it here I'll be able to get your account details from that - and it's completely anonymous and useless to anyone who can't access our internal systems
If you could choose one that isn't a service notice (the reference numbers for those start with the letters SN) that'd be great, thanks very much.
