Sky connection keeps dropping.

Only restored when I use the landline and then only briefly. Anyone experienced this and how did you get it fixed please? have done reset and turning it on and off. Sky tech can find nothing wrong their end, since it works while I'm on the phone. Please excuse brevity, want to post before I can't again!

You are aware that a BT OR call-out is chargeable (minimum £130) if the fault is found to be on your own extensions or equipment (i.e. anything not upstream of the BT master socket)? I trust that Sky told you that?
You told us that you were connecting by wireless, not ethernet?
