Accounts all over the place after PAC transfer

I have just reached the end of my 3 contract and given 30 days notice. After all the sales guff I finally got my PAC code and transfering to t-mobile was pretty painless.

My 3 sim 'switched' off yesterday and I swapped to my new T mobile sim which booted up fine with my old number working.

Problem is now I have had a txt from 3 saying I have used internet credit of £10.17 since Oct 3rd (1 GB on account?), and when checking my new balance on t-mobile it says I only have 5 mins of calls left (not used it yet!) .

Can anyone explain what happens after a PAC transfer as I can no longer access my 3 account online!, surely though my contract and plan is still current until the end of the 30 days regardless?? very confused...

Your contract ceases as soon as the PAC is used. However you are still required to pay for the full 30 days rental.

Thats fine i understand that, but it seems the billing has gone haywire . On 3 I had 500mins and TXTs and 1gb internet which last refreshed on Oct 3rd I have been using this allowance up until 19th October when my port happened, last I checked I still had about 450mins and about 400 txts left. Now my T mobile sim is saying I've used 95mins and 420 texts out of a 100min/500 txt allowance, its as though 3 have ported all the calls I made this month to T-mobile. I cannot see how this is possible as they are 2 seperate companies, my usage from 3 should be seperate form T-mobile as I pay each of them seperatly. T-mobile have said its due to changing part way thru the cycle but it makes no difference, I asked him to tell me a breakdown of calls that came to 95mins out of my 100 and he could only list 1 call!!!!

When did your t-mobile account start and what dates are their normal billing cycles?

my T - Mobile account is about 4 months old, I took it out to get a Galaxy phone with the intention of running both contracts side by side until the 3 one ended then porting over as I have done. The T-Mobile account cycles every 24th month so I will have my full balance back in 4 days however I am peeved loosing balance on calls i've not made, sim card has been sat in a drawer until thursday night!!! that was the first time I used it.

Don't know then, but it wasn't anything to do with your 3 allowances. It is only ever the number that is ported, no other information.
Thinking laterally was the t-mobile usage on the old number so doesn't appear under the new number?

I'm at a loss, on thursday my T-mobile showed 100 mins and 500 txts in balance, since the port i've 'apparantly' used 95 mins and 420 txts!!!!, whats worse is 3 have txt me to say I owe them 10.17 for internet but I cannot see how as up to yesterday I still had only used about 100mb out of 1gb. I cannot even get into my account now to check 3 balances as its been closed. All I can do is cancel the direct debit before they take funds, i've no probs paying them my aggreed contract fee until next month but i'll be damned to pay internet and call costs on top.

Call 150 if you have not used it and your balance is falling, or email executive.office@everythingeverywhere.com asking them to investigate & reply in writing as customer services email is offline at the moment and you prefer email as your way to communicate.

Ok that makes sense on the missing balance by giving me a pro rata rate for the rest of the month but how is that fair? I have paid T-Mobile for a full months service, 100 mins and 500 txts. I cannot use the phone for 3 days now (at least for talk mins) will they refund me the same amount pro rata, i doubt it. I cannot get any sense out of either company now god know what 3 are going to charge me for the final bill, should be about £20 but I get the feeling i'm about to get shafted. I have cancelled the direct debit now anyway!! I think a complaint will go in to EE (t - mob) about this. If i changed from Sky to Virgin I would not be expected to pay a full months subscription for 3 days of TV, how are they allowed to get away with this!

At the start of a contract pro rata is usual, but 4 months in a PAC in to T-M should not have done this....get your fingers emailing EE ;)
