if they like headphones you can also get gadgets for storing headphones so that the wires don't tangle. M&S often have them in their gift section for a £2ishknow thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0

I'm Santa shopping for my brother this year (he's going through a difficult phase and Mum can't think of what to buy him, neither can I for that matter), also doing some for my sisters but not as much, his hobbies are the internet and expensive clothing....yeah, with a £20-25 budget to fill a big stocking, so far I have thought of:
Travel mug
Cheap DVDs
A big tube of sweets
Character socks/boxers (he doesn't collect figures or anything from TV series he likes, but socks and boxers are fine)
Lynx
Anything good from Home Bargains
Chocolate coins
Jelly bean factory tube0 -
I got my son (13) these last year, he loved them.

What sort of headphones do you put in stockings? Son seems to get through them at a rate of knots! He had some last Christmas from my Grandmother that cost around £30 and they haven't lasted.
If you want small ones for stocking the skull candy in ear ones are pretty good for £9.99, like these

Mine uses these with his phone/iPod to listen to music on the way to school, but you're right headphones never seem to last that long do they.0 -

Any ideas for a skateboarding mad son would be appreciated. Apart from the obvious smellies and chocs, I have bought a skateboarding calendar and thats about it. He has said he doesn't mind the odd can of beer or cider  yeh like thats going to happen. Kick and relentless cans are as much as he will get. Struggling though this year.0

MY son is 15 but has a birthday in November as well so it's twice as hard. Some ideas are.....
Wallet- ASda have got a Marvel comics range this year with belts, phone covers etc.
Lynx
Computer cleaning kit
Cans of compressed air (!!) from the pound shop for cleaning keyboards -keeps him quiet for ages
Headphones
Any technical looking pens and pencils in the stationary depts
Big bag of Haribo
One of those very long packets of Jaffa cakes
Memory stick
Car charger for his phone and my car.
Key ring with extending stretchy lead so he can leave it attached to bag while opening the door.
Small torch for said keyring.
Cards and book of card games
Thanks for all the other ideas too0 -
Bodyshop Hemp products are excellent. Good choice. My girls both use their hemp hand cream as they suffer badly with chapped hands in winter. Thanks for this thread.Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0

(wow, my cousin would have loved those when we were your DS age)
Think I'm going to see if I can get some cans of compressed air for keyboards too.0 -

OH and I both got some Panasonic ones from Amazon for about £5-£7. They've lasted really well, and the sound quality is equally as good as ones I've previously used which cost over £30.
I saw someone else suggest this elsewhere, but I want to echo it: batteries! I've actually done this too for OH and it was well-received.0
