Any ideas for a skateboarding mad son would be appreciated. Apart from the obvious smellies and chocs, I have bought a skateboarding calendar and thats about it. He has said he doesn't mind the odd can of beer or cider  yeh like thats going to happen. Kick and relentless cans are as much as he will get. Struggling though this year.
Can't post links as a newbie - but I've got my skateboarding son these things for his stocking:-
Element skate wax from Amazon - £4.95
Bones speed cream from Amazon - £5.99
Skateboarder - munkees keyring/bottle opener from Ace £4.990 -
Just a few ideas
Beanie hat
light up finger bobs ( avail at amazon, primark etc)
wallet
quirky gifts like pencils that look like drum sticks
stress balls and figures
science kit
slinky
woopie cushion
USB stick
DVD
CD
T shirt
Body shop mens range
coloured shoe laces
phone case
leather bracelet/necklace
scarf/bandana
torch
Mini tool/screwdriver set
Rechargeable battery set
Mug
Badges - pin/stick on/sew on, of fav groups/tony hawks/vans/DC etc
Calender
Lots of ideas to be found in places like Mankind, Hawkins bazzar etc. check internet for best prices.
Hope this helps.0 -
I suggest go old school. Yoyo, juggeling balls. Catapults.0

Balloons. Uninflated.
Rubber bands.
Coffee stirrers.
Then give Miniweapons of Mass Destruction: Build Implements of Spitball Warfare by John Austin as a present...
If you have cats, perhaps stick to a USB stick, socks & so forth...0 -
I know it was last year, but if anyone's still into zombies:
crispy zombies skin
zombie jerky
zombie survival kit
The survival kit is expensive but you could probably make one up cheaper (google for 'altoids tin survival kit) or buy a generic military style one and decorate it with the zombie theme.0 -
Thanks to everyone on here i have got some really good ideas from here
I kniw this isn't really for stocking filler but have just found these for my son which i think are really different and trendyhave now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -
What sort of headphones do you put in stockings? Son seems to get through them at a rate of knots! He had some last Christmas from my Grandmother that cost around £30 and they haven't lasted.
Get them from Argos - I got Turtle beach for £14 ( gaming headset so only one ear) but took out £3 insurance and every time its broken its replaced free of charge0 -
Thanks for this thread.I'd never heard of Tango shower gel 'til this morning and wanted some.Just nipped to get wrapping paper and spotted the shower gel out the corner of my eye.
Ds (severe autistic) will be highly amused by the Cherry Tango shower gel in his stocking!Hopefully it will help encourage him to do something other than do some bizarre version of the hokey cokey in the shower
:rotfl:
