Deep Breath....first post!

I am beyond cross. Was promised delivery today and now told they were dispatched today. Need then to take away this weekend - on my way out now to M&S to buy new gifts. This was supposed to make my life easier not more difficult.

Tbh - I don't even believe they have been dispatched, just words. I have 8 hampers on their way (maybe) and most of them will be useless as gifts now.

I run an online business and when I get an order I acknowledge it, I let them know when it's dispatched and if it's going by courier I give them the tracking number! It's not rocket science.

Mrs Cake and I havent got ours either

but Mrs Cake got an Email with an applogie saying they should be with us by next Wednesday now -and whilst im not over the moon with that but im gonna have to accept it .
At least i can see from here ,that there doing there best as it stands and looking and reading about the hampers already received they do look rather good so fingers crossed for ours (and those still waiting) for next week - and i;ll be back to let you know when they arrive

yes if it was next friday i could see why but arent most for xmas?????

you must have known the offer would be over subscibed at the prices and i believe they are working there !!!!!! of to fulfill the orders

ditto .... was promised mine for the 7th or 8th at the lastest, was running round the shops like a looney when they didnt turn up as i needed them for the 9th

What a absurd thing to say, I think people on here have been more than patient. I was due mine first week in December and then delivery kept getting put further and further back. I was told mine would be here today and have been in all day.

I'm upset because they were advertised as "to be delivered first week in December" when I made my purchase, then this was put back to today and now maybe if I'm lucky next week. I am going to see relatives whom I only see at Christmas this weekend and the hampers were gifts. I don't have much money so now i have to buy more gifts to take with me. I just don't need the hassle or strain on my finances. :mad::mad:

I ordered 8 hampers - not for me for Christmas but to send back out as gifts and take as gifts this weekend. Delivery 1st week in December is just that. Not the 3rd week!

If they have so many orders they should have taken on more staff. I sell on line and if I'm swamped then I shut shops and stop promoting for a while, if I'm really busy I have a friend who helps do packing & invoices! It's called customer service

I ordered the buy one get one free £99 Xmas hamper. It was supposed to be sent out the first week in December, I emailed on Friday last week and was told they would be sent out this week. Still not received. Getting worried.

Will not be doing this again.
