I am still waiting for my hampers as well. Whilst I have every faith that these will turn up and that the company is "above board" (they have responded to e-mails and Neil has been very polite on the telephone!), I am somewhat disappointed and feel a bit let down that delivery times have not been kept.

I do feel that it's a case of biting off more than the company can chew and appreciate that they have been working their socks off to complete the orders. I hope that they manage to overturn any negative publicity, but also hope that they do learn from this experience as well.

I just hope that mine turn up soon - otherwise I will not be able to give them as an intended Christmas present (am meeting with the intended recipient this weekend and but not again before Christmas)! Fingers crossed!

I am still of the opinion that the hampers were a good deal - hopefully that will remain the case once I actually receive them!

Edit: Update I did not put this in earlier as I was still waiting for the company to get back to me - I spoke to Neil again this evening who advised that my order had been sent yesterday and should have been with me today. "After the parcels have left their company, it's out of their control" - he said he would track the order and would then get back to me "shortly" - over 2 hours later and I have still not heard anything! I can deal with late delivery (although this will cause inconvenience and means I will have to get substitute gifts), but it REALLY gets my goat when someone does not do as they say they will! This I find more than a little disappointing - I will put it down to them being busy, but even so.....!

Wait and see game, I guess!

My Christmas hampers turned up at about 4.20pm today (so relieved) but definitely worth the wait.

Galaxy hampers are as seen already on here, Christmas hamper same (minus Ginger biscuits) and cheese hampers well worth the money. I asked for one of the Christmas hampers to be changed to savoury one so got an extra cheese one. For what I paid am well pleased and a real bargain.

Overall I am very pleased with my purchase, would definitely use them again and recommend them even after the wait. They are only a small company and I wish them well, much larger companies are not fulfilling orders on time either (ordered from Lakeland on Sunday and only dispatched today and only part order, BHS delivered late and only part order etc) and they never contacted me either to apologise for delay. Unfortunately it happens.

Hope everyone gets their orders very soon.

I ended up ringing today to ask when I would get mine. I am very dejected. They were only being dispatched today. This is following all the tweets etc to say all the festive goodies would be out by end Wednesday.
I appreciate it's hard work. However, I now have hampers and goodies being delivered 'one day' next week when I cannot be here to take them.I am relying on a neighbour, any neighbour, being in when they call. UK mail are rubbish around here and don't even leave cards all the time. The last time I re-arranged a delivery, they never arrived, and I took a day off work for that.
Whilst it is clearly a good deal for those that have received their goods, it has been far too stressful an experience for me and this stress will continue for a few more days. I am so worn out with it and usually I love Christmas. Like others, I am now short of gifts. Gutted.

I'm visiting relatives this weekend and the hampers were gifts. I really thought they would of been here by now. I'm going to have to buy something on the way. Not a happy bunny.

I got a nice surprise to-day - Caroline for the NHC rang to say that our hampers were ready for collection! Hubby got them on his way home form work -they are just as I saw them in the shop & I’m thrilled to bits with them!:j
I have made my own Hampers in the past but I couldn’t do them like this for the price! I will try & load some photos up when I've worked out how to do it - so watch this space….
