Buyer pays sunday, receives Wednesday - i get abuse!!

Can anyone advise,I sold an item,overseas bidders are blocked & someone from Russia won it,I'm thinking they changed their location to UK to get around the block.
I told them i'm not shipping to Russia & I should have put them on my blocked bidder list & forgot,they went and bought another item two days later.
They keep messaging asking for an invoice to pay postage.
I didn't want to send one item,I certainly don't want to send two to Russia,what's the best course of action here please?0 -

Its on the first line. Not only that - it seems to suggess it backs up its claims with compensation. Defo misleading and defo probably against advertising rules.
Still doesn't excuse the buyer - she has over 100 feedback - and should know better. The abuse and demand for money back is still out of order - as i gave her the service she paid for. The fact i posted next day - means i could do no more. I could have posted up to 3 days after payment - as stated in the listing.
No neg feedback or contact since. I usuall report people like this anyway - but havent decided if its now worth the hassle until feedback is left. Talking to Ebay sometimes leaves me losing the will to carry on :rotfl:0 -

tell the buyer they are retail and should be reading the personal RM pages
