Half price toys at Sainsburys

Just bumping the thread to ask if anyone knows if the Longwater store at Costessey, Norwich sale starts this Wednesday as need to organise baby sitters etc!! was in half term last year but our half term week later this year. Many thanks in advance

Hello again you... Remember your ID from last years thread. I have asked instore this morning at costessey but they either didn't know or not allowed to say either way think I will be checking online first thing then hitting store will prob see you there lol

Hello to you too!! I can remember you too!! think you got nerf gun things didn't you?? I rang asking what time they opened on Wednesday and was going to ask re sale but she seemed so puzzled why I wanted to know opening time and almost implied that I should know!!! Bearing in mind the store is 20 miles away I'll have to leave home 715 ish so need to arrange someone to take oldest one to school so really need to know if definite or not as don't want a wasted trip!! x

Looks like we need our own thread the "toy sale in costessey" thread lol. I have found last couple of days they are really cagey abt the sale but I only live abt a mile away and I usually scout the store just before closing the day b4 and they are usually setting up big pallets so will do this on Tuesday and let you guys know if anything looks suspicious

Last yr was fab everyone went nuts for the Lego and I went straight for other bits got Vtech cameras and everything on my (very strict) list.

Our half term is the following week but the sale def starts here on wednesday (a friend has a friend that works there)

Our local store opened before 6 last year I got there for 5:50 to ind the doors already opened and people waiting at the tills with trolleys full waiting to pay :-O wasn't impressed - will be extra prepared this time

If there is anything in particular you looking for this year let me know and I will check what stock I see tues night. Have noticed in last week or so some bigger playmobil and other sets have appeared that they don't usually stock.

Title of this thread is a bit misleading.
From Wed,24th October, the toys at Sainsbury's will be UP TO half price off. Some will be 25%, some will be one third off and some will be 50% off.
Toys will also be available online although not sure what will be available online and the time it goes live.
This offer runs for two weeks.
