Perhaps whilst you're sorting out the Forum, you could rename it to add something like 'Public Transport, Fines/Prosecutions* and Cycling' as I think the 'Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking' sub forum regulars use to get right upset when a Railway Fine end up in their forum because the OP saw the word 'Fine'
* or any better wording any other user can think of.Whoa! This image violates our terms of use and has been removed from view0 -
I think it was probably more confusing when the Parking Fines forum was a subforum of the Public Transport (and Motoring) forum. Less chance for confusion now.0

I would think it would make more sense to rename the parking forum tbh. "Parking, parking fines & parking tickets" No chance of confusion there at all.0

Is the Forum that big as it is now, it doesn't take that long to scroll though to see which bits you want to read or join in.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the 'viewing' figure. There are quite a few active threads on the board and certainly more than I ever noticed when 'Public Transport & Cycling' topics were included within the Motoring Board. In my view, this can only be a good thing.0 -
I like it. Will prevent havign to trawl through 4i958634986 threads on what winter tyres or what car people should buy!"If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0

Other than the fact that they all share the same roads and are subject to the same Highway Code etc.
You might want to run that past a few cyclists I know then:D:D
Ok that's tongue in cheek, to give an idea of what I'm talking about.
I do think it's a poor idea to separate the 2 in terms of this forum, it will simply drive an ever widening wedge into the cleft that already exists, or maybe it's an admission of the fact that the 2 will never reconcile their differences?I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0
