What would constitute naff seaside so I can avoid it? I've done a bit of research (I don't take the EA totally at her word) and have rung the various EA's in the area and spoken about listing a house. They have all said to wait as people aren't viewing in general at the moment. Very frustrating! However, maybe they are all just not marketing things correctly. Some of the pictures I see on Rightmove are horrid!

ETA: I hadn't thought of that but it isn't all that feasible, I'm afraid, as I work from home and the only spot in the house with no mobile phone reception is the sun room. My mobile is my main contact per the company I work for. It is a really great idea, though, and I wish I could do it!

Could you bear to do this anyway and work from the dining room until sold?

Maybe. I'll think about it this weekend. We don't have a bed to put in that room so we would have to track one down.

Thank you, Fire Fox! I was a bit confused by the statement. A friend is kindly bringing some of her lovely plants by tomorrow. So, we should have things looking quite nice tomorrow. We are also due some lovely sunny weather, which is a nice break.

I also think your house is lovely.

I hope you won't think I am being 'picky' but if you click on the 'Street View' it does give the impression that parking could be a problem.

Might be worth pointing out that you have a parking place outside the house and further parking is available...................

It is probably showing the wrong part of the street for your house but it might put some people off/give them the wrong impression.

    Good luck!

Not at all picky! Thank you for your feedback! I'll ask the EA to list that there is one space included with the house and that there are lots of other places to park.
