    I've been Money Tipped!
Anyone know what they are like for refunds if you don't like the items or if they just don't fit? It seems that you can only get a credit note in store and returns otherwise are at your cost.

My debit card was swiped twice in store and it took a complaint to the card handler for me to get a refund, not a good impression and I wouldn't use them again.
  • Gilly Hicks also have a sale on and P&P is currently £5 for a limited time only.
  • Received a lovely box of goodies ready for Xmas -Order was spot on and delivery very quick:j

Sounds like a bad experience. Ive shopped and returned many items at Hollister stores without any issues, the nice thing there is that there is no time limit on the returns, Ive returned items months old that I never wore without any question.

I received my Hollister online order yesterday (First time Ive used this service, free delivery was the decisive factor!). On the front of the enclosed order slip it does state:
"Returns made at a store will receive a merchandise credit"
but on the back, theres another section, titled Right of Withdrawl that states:
"You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date the merchandise is received. If you contact us and / or return the merchandise by sending it back to us within this time period, the payment card used to place the order will be refunded for the merchandise returned and the original shipping cost."

    Has anyone tried this?

Thanks Op, my order arrived yesterday (wasn't due till 29th). Anyways thankfully I decide to get my husband to try on one of the shirts I ordered him for Christmas just to make sure it fitted ok,
So glad I did, they are so short in the body! I thought it was just the one so got him to try all 5 on and they are all the same! They measure 2 and half inches shorter than all his other Hollister shirts. Really disappointing! Hes not Even really tall (5'10) we even got a friend to try them on just to check it wasn't just him and they looked just as short. So will be sending them all back today as they look ridiculous! Just a word of warning as I read some other people are buying for Xmas etc.
    P.s the tshirts were fine.

Thank you to original poster. I've just ordered tonight so lots of gifts now bought birthdays and Christmas. No problems with postage and immediately showed free postage once I reached the £100 mark. I take it that this is the genuine Hollister Co site as lots of "non pukka" goods about? Should get my goods by 1 November so those who have already bought I would be interested to hear what they are like and when you get your order.

Delighted as my order arrived 3 days early and look good for presents. Meant to say that there was a maximum purchase for sweatshirts I ordered - only allowed a max of 2 in any one colour/size. I wonder if I order again will they accept a second order! Also anyone have any cheap codes for delivery?
