Hollister sale

  • They are the worst company to buy from online, 1st order items were on back order and they never arrived and I was charged for them, very difficult to find a phone number to contact them. 2nd order they cancelled my order and didn't tell me but still kept the £10 delivery fee until I complained, waited for a few weeks before trying to contact and no explanation. I will certainly never order again.

There's always a sale section on the Hollister website. Postage is expensive so only worth it if you are buying a few things. Taking things back to store is fine - remember a torch to find your way around the store ;). I like Hollister but don't see the point in fumbling about in the dark and hate needing a large. It's worth checking the site every now and again because there is always something pretty in the sale section.

Thanks for this - I've ordered 3 of the Ocean Beach hoodies for Christmas presents - seems like a good deal (and a tee shirt too so overall the £10 postage wasn't too painfull!)
  • Ive taken the plunge and spent about £100+ on stuff so hope that it all goes ok. Managed to split postage with a mate in work who also bought a few things : )
Thanks to all that post competitions :)

THANKS for this i hvae ordered hubby lots of nice bits for xmas at nearly half the cost!!! so the £10 postage dont bother me as had alot but agree £10 is steep for 1/2 items ;-) lets hope its a smooth sale and all items in stock ;-)
  • Really good offers, but I just wondered about the returns, on the website it says if you buy items online and take them back to a store you get a store card not a refund. Has anyone been able to take items back and get a refund even though they've been bought online?
  • Thank you OP - there is free delivery for orders over £100 if that helps anyone, and you can pay with PayPal.

I think the hoodies and sweatpants have some really great savings (some well over half price), and will make great presents. Good quality too.

Many thanks OP, eldest DD was keen to get something in this brand for Xmas, these reductions make it do-able (in spite of the postage). Hope I got the right size !
