Online merchandise can be returned or exchanged at any Hollister Co. store location. Returns made outside the US/Canada will receive a merchandise credit for the current, local selling price.

I think shipping is high as these ship from the States rather than the UK

Things are posted from the states but they pay the custom charges.

I've sent things back before but paid for postage myself as there posted back to a Uk address and its cheaper than using their £9 to use the returns label.
