Thank you very much OP. I just LOVE hollister but find the shop a bit of a nightmare as i have 2 kids under 5 and they think its great fun to play hide and seek in there as i can never find them :rotfl:

I left it open with a little note to hubby saying "theres some things in my basket and chirstmas is soon". He got the hint

Thanks for posting this.... Just ordered lots of bits for my son for Christmas. Agree the postage is very high, but all in all, I'm happy as I've saved so much on the original price, and my son will be delighted.

Ordered over £100 and managed to get free delivery. It was strange as I was ordering on my computer and was going to be charged £10.00 delivery, my son had the same items in his basket and showing as free delivery, so obviously ordered on sons computer.

No code- it said on the page ( I'm on safari on my iPad if that makes any difference) and I paid by PayPal.

Might be worth querying it with them?

How very odd! I wonder why it's not showing for some? Seems very unfair.

It took me 4-5 attempts before the free delivery showed, so for anyone who doesnt get it first time, keep trying!

Customer services has emailed back to confirm the delivery charge has been credited. :T
