Morning all,

Mike hope your evening went to plan .

well im on the ball this morning ,iv done my IPOQ ,and filled in my forms the tax man sent me to check im not owed a tax rebate not that i will get it unless it takes them a while to sort out .

WE got a letter from the tax man saying we were both due back around 300 each, we just left it as im sure the OR will want it. If its still there next year, ill ask for it then and see how I get on !!

Well i got it to a surplus of 179 but that includes my family allowance as income so if they dont count that it will be minus 30 ,so i guess i will haft to wait and see .

My AGM complaint continues. I am determined to get us all some form of ... well something for such bad service we had.... This is their reply today

Many thanks for your response.

I do appriciate your offer of £10. However I am fully aware some of the food on the evening and my room has already been refunded. This however does not excuse the amount of money we spent as a group. 3 people had rooms, we had lunch at your establishment and to say the least spent more than £250 at the bar, I for one know I spent over £70 myself out of a group of 7 people. All in all you would have had takings from us of over £500.

The £10 you offer, I feel is somewhat of an insult. How are 7 people supposed to split this ? It works out at around £1.42 each, does this buy us a soft drink each ? I doubt even this.
