I'd like to know that too. My house is tidy(ish) - stuff is in places that can sort of be ignored... Just don't open my wardrobe All comments made and advice given are my own opinions and do not represent the views or advice of any debt advice organisation. The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. I know what you mean SP. I have piles of papers etc that I don't even 'see' when I'm cleaning. Also cobwebs etc that I only notice when I have guests!

I had such a refreshing experience today. I went to a jewellery store (that also is a pawnbroker - it was very upmarket though!). The people in there seemed so honest would you believe. They stated exactly how much it would cost in interest per month if I wanted to pawn watch and ring etc and explained all the procedures. So basically I can pawn them for 7 months and pay the (quite large) interest when I pick them up. If I decide I (or if I don't have the money in 7 months) I can't pay for them back then they sell them for a big profit. No problem, no stress, no hassle. They were honest about the high interest charge and they won't harrass me if I don't pay. So unlike banks!
 I get the money tomorrow!
