    Anyone remember the FREE school milk? Third of a pint glass bottles - must have stopped about then. :confused:

    We used to take the 'milk shake' straws to school - I never made 'milk monitor' though. :o

  • I remember at my first scholl back in england (lived abroad for first five years) to get the milk you had to make up 6pence out of a handful of coins put in front of you before you could get your milk..i didn't have a clue what 6pence was and failed..i got my milk though, but i think that was the start of my downfall towards BR....sad story isn't it!
