Just had a call to say no stock, even though I ordered days ago. Guy said that they only pick stock at delivery point NOT order point. Gave him a real roasting. This is no offer at all. My order cancelled and no guarantee it will come agin.

I had a go and ordered just 6 bottles, which have just arrived. The online receipt showed my £10 new customer discount so £72 down to £62 plus £3.95 delivery. On my delivery sheet though it hasn't taken off the £10 voucher, but has applied the 25% case discount.

I have paid £57.95 which they arrived at my adding the £72 and the £3.95, then deducting £18 being the 25% discount. So they've forgotten the £10 voucher.

I've emailed them. Will see if they try to say only one promotion at a time etc etc.:p

Just had mine delivered and all went as it should have.
£7.66 each. I'm also going to try and get delivery refunded
Because the delivery van broke down last night when they
were supposed to be here. That'll be £7. Oh, I had a £12 off
for new customers put through my door and not the £10 one
from MSE. Just hope it tastes good. Will be sampling it next
weekend

My receipt looked as though they had not included the voucher but the transaction carried forward to the back of the receipt and there it was with the final price. Strange receipt, guess S are saving paper :rotfl:

Sainsbury's is not too far away so I was thinking to get 6 bottles instore and get 25% off. Does anyone know if it applies instore as well?

Sainsbury's didn't even bother to ring me - the delivery driver just turned up with three bottles of demi-sec champagne at £19.99 per bottle! Needless to say I sent them back. This was the first time I've ordered from Sainsbury's online, and it will definitely be the last.
