i have something similar, it could be slendertone, but they are not belts but sticky pads that you attached to yourself, plug into the mains and that worked loads in fairness, need to dig out.
i have tried ones with batteries but thought they were useless.

I've just brought a slendertone flex max belt, I've got it on for the second time right now and I can definitely feel it working even though I've only got it on 25 (thought I'd best build up slowly!) so I'm feeling quite positive about seeing results! I can definitely see myself sticking with it as it's so easy to just put on and carry on with whatever I'm doing :) Fingers crossed!
  • Hello. I am seriously considering buying these. I am already quite slim so don't need to burn fat but would really like to tone up. I have a healthy diet anyway so it seems like this would be a great way to do what I don't seem to have the time or energy to fit in. What do people think of these shorts? Everyone seems to discuss the abs thing but my focus is on my bottom and thighs. Also there is a huge difference in the price between the ones that come with a controller and ones without. What is the controller? And how important is it?
    Really appreciate any responses!

Hi ladies, I have the Flex abs belt myself and I have had good results with it, but you do need to stick to it religiously! For a quicker result you can use the belt twice a day, as long as you leave at least six hours between each session.

I have read quite a few reviews saying these are quite awkward to get on and off. I have a slendertone belt, I think it does work but I don't really use it, mine has the controller attached which means you don't have any cables and you can just walk around and carry on as normal which is really handy, I would recommend getting one with the controller attached. Unless you have the time to dedicate to just sitting with the shorts on and not doing much else. HTH!

Sorry to bump.:o I'm thinking of getting a Slendertone because I'm not as toned as I used to be. I'm now in a wheelchair so can't walk, which is how I used to keep fit. I'm not fat. I'm a size 8 but my tummy isn't as toned as it used to be.

Has anyone who has a disability used Slendertone to tone up?
