Thanks, that clears that up nicely, and the answer I was hoping for :)

The price is a bit steep if you are outside of Optic Fibre or Cable Broadband area.
Surely it is cheaper? I live in a Virgin cabled street, and the cheapest b/b + phone deal is a whopping £28.40 per month. They only knock off £5.90 for b/b-only! http://store.virginmedia.com/broadband/compare-broadband/index.html
I watch Iplayer a lot and streaming has always been usable in my part of the country.
Isn't it more to do with distance from the exchange rather than your region?

Well we'll see how it goes, had nothing but problems with the current Netgear routers supplied by Orange so hopefully might get lucky and it won't be as bad as that!

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but does anyone know how their house move fees work? I read it was £65 or deferred if you sign up to another 12 month contract - is this true?
Would this new 12 month contract mean the original 12 month half price broadband discount would be cancelled?
Maybe I'll have to ask that on the PN forum but if anyone knows on here that'd be great :)

I was told that the £65 is waved if you stay with them for 12 months. You can leave if you are on rolling monthly contract, but you then only have to pay that £65.
