Because most people who register and then only post glowing reviews of a company or product tend not to be impartial..........

I personally do not know if business has slowed for them, and I am certainly not an employee, I am a housewife.
What is with all the abuse on this website? We are all entitled to our opinions, I have gave mine and now being accused of being a mole :mad:0 -
I have read nothing abusive on this or the other thread in which you are involved. There have been some posts questioning your objectivity and that appears reasonable and consistent with other similar incidents.
As I said, all you need do is broaden your posting experience to further threads on differing subjects. You have given your opinion about the company concerned and we can all now move on to other issues.I am a mortgage broker. It's nice that someone is not abusing me for my comment :j Thank you! I posted my first comment a couple of months back. Whilst typing (TFS) into google I came across this website and wanted to say my experience with the company. I just checked today to see what other people are now saying....I didn't realize so many people would be so negative towards my nice comment about the company...I haven't posted any other comments because I have never looked at any other topics on here, perhaps I should post comments on more topics and maybe this would stop the abuse
Its just a shame that more people do not find the time to write positive comments rather than doom and gloom all the time!0 -

I have dealt with total financial solutions in Swansea a couple of months ago, they reclaimed my PPI for me, very happy with the service, they got me a lot of money back and are now dealing with my mortgage mis-selling. They are a legit company who are doing a very good job. They must be feeling very frustrated with people saying they are a scam! Would highly recommend them.
Now 8 for 8 posts all saying how great Total Financial Solutions are..
However, you never mention the fees they charge for doing next to nothing...
I wonder how much these saints charged you for doing something that you could have very easily and without any hassle done yourself for free...
All CMC's do is send prewritten template letters to the bank giving eight weeks to refund. If no refund is given them send a prewritten template questionaire and prewritten complaint form to the FOS (a free service).
All you are paying for is a couple of letters and forms that were completed before you even made your complaint.. CMC's are experts at getting money for nothing....
A CMC can do nothing that you can't do for yourself for free. You might even be surprised to learn that some CMC's are run by people that used to sell PPI and have since closed down. So some people have made money from you buying ppi and by you reclaiming ppi...
It is a funny old world....
In short, avoid CMC's like the plague... Just use the templates from consumer websites as these are almost identical to those used by CMC's.....0
