Gambling addict state of affairs

I also will look at "stoozing"
Hi OP - I wouldn't waste your time thinking about Stoozing tbh as
 1) you will need to get approved for a 0% credit card, which is unlikely, given your history.
 2) Having a credit card with access to more credit, isn't really a wise postion to put yourself in if you are a gambling addict.
 AND
 3) the rewards are pretty small, given the effort.
Concentrate on your immeidate (sp) problems at the moment.
Start off by joining a GA group as soon as you can, to keep you on the right path re your addiction - good luck!
As someone has already suggested, post up an SOA for some more detailed advice.0

Sorry if I am a little naive here, but what is a "gambling company" and how can they give you credit?0

They are spread betting companies, a bit like trading shares. You will win/lose a multiple of your stake depending on the result so the outcome is pretty much unlimited. Some will offer a line of credit for you to settle after the event.0

Bigger risk, greater rewards is the attraction. Each to their own, I suppose.19lottie82 wrote: »Really? That's pretty shocking! :eek:0

Slots was my addiction, BUT, however unsavoury people think the previous poster was, the admission and cure ultimately comes from within, or it doesnt come at all.Sealed pot challange no: 3390

I meant that a company is allowed to legally, give people credit to gamble with.0

Many bookies not just spread-betting companies do this and have done for hundreds of years."If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
