Hi all; sorry I'm so late posting.

OK, first things first... *throws half-a-tree for Dancemum's BD* How's Dancedad, btw?:o

Had my visit to the Vampire Lady this morning, and been feeling a very sorry Wolf ever since... I am such a wimp when it comes to needles.
It was amusing in a graveyard-humour sort of way; the rheumy has asked for some non-standard tests, and the poor nurse couldn't get the necessary stuff to come up on her computer. We got there in the end, though; so thankfully that's over for now.:o

Mr LW has, however, flip-flap-flied and done all the bathroom, which is my Wednesday room. He even put vinegar in the loo, to combat the limescale.:A He's currently playing a bit of Conflict: Desert Storm on the PS2 (yes, we still have a PS2:D) but I reckon he's earned it.:o
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

We still have PS2 as well.. I am not forking out £40+ per game on top of console price when the ones they have are quite playable! They do play on the xbox most though.

    Afternoon all

Visitors cancelled on me yesterday - Grrrr, I hadf downstairs looking lovely and it smelled nice too!! As I'd shoved all the crap in the DR I have had to clear that today, done some more Xmas shopping, listened to DH - he's feeling very down again, not sure how to help him really except try and suggest things for him to do to make him happier [he does shift work at the Residential home he works at and also works most weekends so he's missing alot of family time]

Going to check the list now and see what I can do tomight

you tube tutorials are brill for teaching crochet, but be careful some are american so use 'their' terms rather than 'ours' im a lefty so find it easier watching someone else do it as i can mirror what they are doing.

    :rotfl:

Did the cat have anything to say in reply? Or were you giving him/her words of counsel and guidance on picking up his/her toys and keeping his/her food tray spotlessly clean?:D

Pets are wonderful! I miss my old dog, and now when I want a moan I have to choose between annoying DH or confiding in my teddy bear who is 100 years old (he belonged to my mother before me).
