I read your original post, ilovemycats, before you deleted it and I felt for you. I also felt for the dog. I'm not big on pets (love animals, bit scared of them and prefer them to live in their natural environment, where possible), but I do feel that anyone who takes on a pet has a responsibility to care for them properly. I'm a bit surprised that you won't phone the RSPCA about the poor dog as he sounds as though he's being neglected- especially since his barking's driving you potty.

OP I read your original post. You've been critised not for disliking animals - each to their own - you're being ciritised because

you're unhappy about the noise problem from your naighbours which is being caused by a dog that is not being looked after properly.

You have the solution to your problems
    a) speak to neighbours
    b) report the neighbours to the council & RSPCA

And your problem is likely to start to be resolved. However you're not willing to do it. Not even try. You came on here ranting about a problem you have, you were offered advice and you came back with further ranting and raving.

Good luck to you. Hope you move to the idyllic location you're looking for with perfect neighbours and no dogs. I know I'd hate to live next to someone so unwilling to do something like a pick up a phone and call the RSPCA.

I think, ladies and gentlemen, it is time to stop feeding the troll.
