Evening, I am also a shortie, in fact a LUMP...Lovable Undersized Mature Person. Two sayings I like are: 'You never find a dimamond as big as a brick' and 'there's a lot of sweetness in a small sugar lump'.
At school I was called a PLP...Public Leaning Post, my peers would come and rest their elbows on my head and just stand and chat to their friends! At 5ft I had a 6ft 3" boyfriend for 2 years, didn't half get some comments and stares.:)
Tomorrow I'm going to see my son who started at UCLAN and is very lonely, I have tried to encourage him to get out of his room to the gym, library etc but we go round in circles as he says he doesn't want to go on his own. Hope all the others that have started uni are getting on ok.

This must be so hard for you. Maybe he is just comfortable at the moment with his own company. Perhaps it will take a little time.

Is he enjoying the course though?

I had noticed over the last week or so that although there are doughnuts and croissants reduced there never seems to be any bread. Just been in my local store and the bakery section was heaving with bread all with todays date. So I presume this will all be thrown away. Also a couple of Sunday's ago there were a lot of Roast chickens left and when I asked whether they would be reduced she said maybe later. ( this was 3.30 on a Sunday afternoon!!)
So something very strange going on I think!!

In serpxxntixne Grexn they throw the bread away on sundays in wht plastic bags with unfit for human consumption on them, I have seen the bakers (dressed all in wht) do it. Hope I got the the right topic as just started reading if not ignore me.
Great news about the cat, I love cats.:T
