I forgot to share what I noticed today
The missus does a lot of baking and often uses Betty Crocker Vanilla Buttercream. It's £1.28 in S right now (£1.15 after APG). That's the cheapest price I've seen in a year
It looks like most (if not all) Betty Crocker range is 33% off in S
I know lots of other people on here bake so I hope this helps someone.Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
Sorry that the house did not work out for you AAU and hope you can find something else soon
Success :j I have caught 3, yes THREE, mice today. One in the kitchen at 3.30 am, then one in my stash cupboard cheeky thing at 6pm and then I got it's mate that I saw scurrying around when I was resetting the trap, about 20 minute later. Both traps re-baited and reset in case anymore of the little blighters about, and I will keep them set, renewing bait peanut butter in case any more get into house again
So, after little success with simple mouse traps, the wooden base ones, I can thoroughly recommend the B&Q Advanced Mouse Trap - pair of them in pack for £3.98. They are much better made, efficient and easier to bait & set :money: :money:

Thanks 3Dogs. We know that the right house is out there somewhere
Glad to hear you caught 3 mice. In particular the one in your stash cupboard. :eek:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
I love that store. It's usually a great store for mags too
I remember one time I popped in to get the missus a coffee from the Costa cafe. I then forgot she was sat in the car waiting for me and I just wandered around the store taking things to the price checker. I finally realised I didn't have my phone to check prices in A so went back to the car to get it and saw her sitting there with a face like thunder as i walked back to the car.......without coffee!
And did you notice the big self storage place next door? That's where I'm storing all my furniture. Very handy if there is a big glitch in T any time soon. I'll just wheel my trolley straight over :rotfl:
You can pay in clubcard vouchers too  :rotfl:
I like this store as well...especially the Costa coffee, I always feel that I am due a coffee when I shop there.
I did notice on Thur that they had a pallet of something unopened at the tills, so watch out to see what it is.

Oooh, thanks.
I should be there tomorrow so will check it out. We've sorted through everything we brought to the in-laws and have picked out more stuff to go to storage (the missus rolls her eyes now if I say I'm going to storage because she knows exactly where I'm going :rotfl:)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

This is old news, but worth repeating every now and again.......
Do you know you can womble Costa receipts and have unclaimed points added to your loyalty card?
Whenever I go to that T I feel like I'm doing a "double womble"Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
