    Hello my lovelies.

I can't believe I hadn't posted last week. I usually write my post on the bus and I had bad nights sleep last week and went in a bit later.

    News....

Last week we managed to poison ourselves with Tuna! It doesn't give a bug but a high histamine level. Gave us huge headaches and we went bright red! It was a bit scary. Will be sending a strongly worded email to Mr T!!!

Had my works do at the weekend which was great! It was a charity ball so I did my bit and bought 2 raffle balloons. My colleagues got awesome prizes and I won a voucher for a spray tan and 3 luxury truffles in a little bag! Gutted! Though found out my cousin gets a spray ran from the same place so I can give it to her for Xmas. It's worth £20 so she will be chuffed. The raffle was £10 a go!!!

We got our real tree yesterday from a lovely little farm. He may not be symmetrical or evenly decorated (which is a huge deal for me) but he is awesomely irregular, traditional, smells great and has character! He cost £35 but was worth it. My Nan gave us a real tree pot that clamps the base in which saved us a purchase. I am completely in love with our tree :)

Choc I was inspired by your tradition with your hubby. We have now said what we did yesterday will be our tradition. That means buying a real tree in the morning, going for a pub lunch and then decorating in the afternoon :) I had such a lovely day!

There are so many things I need time to crack on with! Mums hm cushion, board game for my brother, candle for my mum. Christmas cards, and two photo books! I really need to get on!!! Oh an making DD1s Xmas costume!?1

That's me at the mo. manic in OF land!!!!

    Morning all

It's freezing on the bus this morning :-/

Not much to report. Just a million of little things to do for Xmas. I haven't many presents to get but I have some bits to make.

I am making my brother a hm cluedo game with our family houses and family members. I have the board and have ordered the pieces and things to represent the murder weapons. Just need to paint it, make the cards abc write up the instructions.

The thing I really have to finish is the photo books. Ideally I want to finish them and order them tonight!

I have a sewing machine to borrow at the weekend so I can get on with Mums cushion!

Last night I finished DD1s parrot costume so that's a weight off my mind!!!

    Nearly at work....

    Speak soon

  • Morning.

Another day at home today. I have promised DD2 we will bake this afternoon. Plus I want to declutter some more.

I started my declutter 300 things in Jan challenge (started today though) I decided to start with my underwear drawer! SO all un-comfy bras, holey socks and tights and worn knickers are gone! :p

So items 1-33 are decluttered....will do some of the kitchen later.

The bad thing that happened at xmas was our car had a problem and cost us £290  It always has something at xmas :( It is such a pain as that was money we needed to pay off the present we bought for DSS on hubby's credit card.

Looking forward to this next paycheck to start mving forward with our debtbusting! :D
