Good morning
A quick update from yesterday:
Eggs IN 5
Eggs OUT 0
I went to a sushi making class yesterday evening. It was fun and even better it was subsidised by the S&S club£12.50 instead of £25 :T
I've also signed up for walk to work week... not that I'm actually going to walk to work as it's a 25-mile journey along a dual carriageway  however I will walk around the park at lunchtime instead - I've already received a free pedometer and there's the promise of a foot massageMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

I need a huge kick up the backside
I achieved very little at work today as I just couldn't be bothered - I'd like to say it was a one-off but that would be lying
I'm also tired all the time so I'm going to have a soak in the bath and an early night and hopefully I'll be in a better mood tomorrow
Eggs IN 7
Eggs OUT 12 (2 boxes sold @ £1.50/box)
Dinner was leftovers from the weekend... and there's still some left in the fridge...I think we over-catered :rotfl:Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

I refuse to kick your tired backside today. Go have a bath, relax and get a good nights sleep. I shall return some point tomorrow to see if you are feeling less tired. Then I'll kick butt!MFW Challenge 2019 - £2,420 / £2,420 - 100% :T0

Thanks MM
I'm feeling more positive this morning
In bed at 21:30
Awake at 05:00
Dozed until the alarm went off at 05:45
Jumped on the scales and they actually creakednot the heaviest I've ever weighed but not far off (especially if I don't stop boredem eating at work)
Made my lunch/snacks for the first time in over a month - raw veggies, marmite rice cakes, a 50 kcal piece of cheese (tiny!), fresh and dried fruit - I will not buy any cookies or chocolate today
Left the house at 07:15
I will go for a walk at lunchtime rather than sit at my desk
I will review at least one report today rather than put it off again
I will not get distracted by the internet when I should be working (well after this post!)
I will drink 1.5L water
And if I manage all that I will treat myself to some plants from Sarah RavenMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

I was much less tired today than I have been for weeks (there have been numerous days when I could have rested my head on my desk and fallen asleep mid-afternoon!) and as a result I was much more productive
I need to up my game at work as they are hiring someone on a fixed term contract in the same role as me. He has much more experience so I don't want to find my job at risk in 12 months time...
My free skincare gift from a magazine subscription arrived today - just in time as I have run out of my normal brand and have been using up free samples this week :T

Glad you are feeling a bit better and I don't need to kick butt.
Still take it easy though - it might be time to slow down for a few weeks and chill. Don't want to find you collapsed in a messy heap one day!

Yesterday's spending spree yesterday reminded me that I ordered some seeds from Sarah Raven in the Autumn. I've hunted high and low and finally found them this evening
So tomorrow I will be sowing Emilia javanica Irish Poet and Venetian sweet pea mix along with some borage seeds that I also found.
