A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

  • I'm on a roll with meal planning :T

Saturday 30th - rhubarb & lentil curry or rhubarb-lentil-sweet potato stew (using rhubarb from the garden)

Sunday 1st - shepherdess pie & kale (from the garden)

Monday 2nd to Thursday 5th - I'm away so Mr MWC can please himself (probably lots of shellfish)

    Friday 6th - huevos rancheros

    Plan for today:

    - a little bit of housework/laundry
    - a quick trip into the city - need to take a few things back for a refund and buy walking trousers
    - pot up some more seedlings/sow a few more seeds
Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
    Mortgage-free: January 2021

It normally gets used in crumble, jam or chutney - this year I'm trying to be more adventurous  Mr MWC has already turned his nose up...

Recommendations for other savoury rhubarb dishes welcomed!
