  • :( I'm feeling sorry for myself :(
First weekend in ages that it has just been the two of us and I've come back from Edinburgh with the lurgy :(

In financial news, the monthly interest-only mortgage payment has dropped to £135.01 :T

In culinary news, we are having an old favourite tonight - JO's fiery dan dan noodles - but there are 4 new recipes on the meal plan for this week  and there's rapini in this week's veg box :T

In holiday news, we've decided on a combined city break, walking holiday & road trip in Portugal :j

In egg news, no green egg for ages as Miss Hattie is moulting - the others are still laying exceedingly tasty eggs though :D
Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
    Mortgage-free: January 2021
Retired: June 2022 (186 months early!)

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I feel for you with the Sky sports. Ours is coming in at aprox £70 a month and its all for Formula 1. OH has promised to look at it but thinks I many have to sacrifice my own guilty pleasure The Biggest Loser ;)
